terms of service
By engaging with Future Athletes Performance, you agree to the following terms.
Coaching Services
Future Athletes Performance provides strength and conditioning coaching services delivered in person, online, or in group settings. Coaching programmes are designed to support athletic development and performance but do not replace medical advice.
Health and Participation
Clients (or parents/guardians for under-18s) are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in training. Any existing injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed prior to training.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.
Payments
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, participation in physical training involves inherent risk. Future Athletes Performance is not liable for injuries sustained outside of negligence.
Online Coaching
Online coaching programmes are delivered remotely and rely on the client completing sessions independently. Responsibility for safe execution of exercises rests with the client.
Media Use
Images or videos used for promotional purposes will only be shared with appropriate consent. Clients may withdraw consent at any time.
Changes
Future Athletes Performance reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
